Booking, Cancelation and Smoking Policies
- All reservations require a credit card or cheque and must be confirmed by us.
- Reservations may be cancelled up to 4pm, two week prior to the day of arrival without charge.
- Late cancellations will result in a charge of the full amount for the accommodation
- No-shows (i.e. no cancellation given) will be charged for the full amount
- Cancel Accommodation Prior two weeks, We will refund with less of £5 for the admin and card charge cost.
- While we love animals sorry no puffins allowed in the Breavheart Guest House.
- Keys must be returned on day of departure. Any keys that are not returned or lost will be charged £20 per set of keys
- Check in 12.00AM - 10.00PM or by arrangment. Room usually will be ready from 1 to 2PM.
- Any damage made to rooms/furniture will be charged for.
- Checkout at 11 AM.
- Special arrangement can be made if we are informed in advance.
- We accept all major credit, switch and visa cards and others.There is card charges for Visa, Master cards from 3% to 5%
- Braveheart Guest House Smoking Policy:
- We are a completely non-smoking Guest House. There is no smoking permitted anywhere in the
building. We have the front garden available for the puffins where they can enjoy the fresh air. - If smoking is discovered in the rooms, guests will be asked to leave and to pay £100 towards complete cleaning & steaming of the bedroom and the laundering of all curtains and bedspreads.
